Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, at catchweight (138.1lb) As Ladd had missed weight. Despite this, Aspen was able to dominate Hoy. She finished her via TKO in the second-round. Invicta FC 28 was her last bout for the organization. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks beaten by a unanimity. Her UFC debut took place on UFC Fight Night 118 when she fought Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina as she ground-and-pound beat her to a TKO win in the second round. Her dominance continued and she scored a more impressive win in her subsequent fight with Tonya Evinger at UFC 229 Ladd defeated Evinger to the punch in the opening round, she was awarded a Bonus Performance of the Night. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes in a UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Lee fight with Eubanks of Sijara, was the first match she's had in a major capacity. Both fighters fought a close fight that Ladd was victorious by a majority decision. Both fighters received the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd in just 16 seconds and ended her winning streak. The third time she fought on UFC on ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. In her place, she fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. Her defeat was decided by unanimous verdict.
